Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to support our construction team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and assist in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide administrative support to the construction team.

- Manage schedules, meetings, and project documentation.

- Maintain office supplies and equipment.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and contracts.

- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed.

- Organize and maintain project files and records.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus.
