1. Welcoming, assisting and directing patients visiting the clinic.
2. Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to appropriate party or handling caller inquiries wherever possible.
3. Ensuring the cleanliness / tidiness of the clinic.
4. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
5. Assist doctor in procedures.
6. Scheduling and coordinating meetings.
7. Perform cashiering, dispensing, stock-taking and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
8. Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes.
Requirement:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience working in clinic is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
