Job description

Coordinating the sales team by managing production and delivery schedules, filing, and communicating relevant information.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
To update management regarding monthly delivery schedule for accurate billing information.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Play a role as coordinator with China sales office for sales-related material and order processing.
Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional material or events.
Responsible for Malaysia e-commerce portfolio

Requirement

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
