Job Descriptions:

• AP & AR
• Prepare Monthly Reports
• Monitor Overdue or Outstanding payment from debtors.
• Cheque preparation and online banking transaction
• Maintain Filing
• Data entry task for revenue and expenses
• correspondence to external supplier and customers on documantation queries
• Assist in office general admin and operation
• arrangement for company event and activity if needed.
• Develop and update a more efficient admin system and help resolve issues.
• maintain employee profile and leave records
• assist in payroll and benefits

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point
• No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.
• Able to interact with people at all levels.
• Able to start work as soon as possible.
