Job Descriptions:
- AP & AR
- Prepare Monthly Reports
- Monitor Overdue or Outstanding payment from debtors.
- Cheque preparation and online banking transaction
- Maintain Filing
- Data entry task for revenue and expenses
- correspondence to external supplier and customers on documantation queries
- Assist in office general admin and operation
- arrangement for company event and activity if needed.
- Develop and update a more efficient admin system and help resolve issues.
- maintain employee profile and leave records
- assist in payroll and benefits
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point
- No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.
- Able to interact with people at all levels.
- Able to start work as soon as possible.
