Position: Accounts Executive
Expected start date: Immediately start
Location: Phileo Damansara,
Requirements;
1. 3 years and above of experience in a similar role, preferably within the property management or real estate sector.
2. Proven experience in both finance/accounting management.
3. Good knowledge and able to liaise with statutory bodies such as Royal Custom, LHDN, HRDF, PERKESO, PCB, CP204, CP204A, etc.
4. Liaison with Tax Consultant, Auditor, etc.
5. Payroll & overtime using Panda Payroll will be an added advantage
6. Familiar with Form E and EA.
7. Liaison with insurance broker for company insurance
8. Good management in cashflow balancing and financial forecast.
Skills
1. Strong understanding of financial regulations in Malaysia.
2. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount Accounting) and Payroll systems (Panda Payroll)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal staff and external clients/vendors.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Strong leadership qualities and a team player.
8. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Job Descriptions;
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Budget Management: Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring expenses, and ensuring that financial goals are met.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the processing of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations (e.g., SST, Income Tax, PCB, CP204 and CP204A) and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
Audit Preparation: Coordinate and prepare necessary documentation for annual audits.
Bank Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile company bank accounts.
Financial Policies: Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures.
Transaction Recording: Ensure all transaction areaccurately recorded in the accounting system (AutoCount)
Record and Filling: Setting up of proper Accounts Dept on process and system. Create SOP and process flow chart for effectiveness and efficiency of the Dept
Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
Employee Records: Maintain and update accurate employee records, including leave, attendance, and performance evaluations.
