  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist. In this collaborative, entry-level role, you'll work with our digital marketing team on campaigns and their subsequent content/materials.

Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to produce high-quality, trendy content for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook. Please send portfolio samples along with your resume to apply for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Aid in improving online content (i.e. SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Advertising, Google Ads, SEM, etc.)
  • Produce website and social media content
  • Support the team and the organization
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed
  • Help refine digital marketing strategies and best practices for both internal/external marketing through multimedia efforts
  • Assist with producing strategies and content content for social media campaigns, channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and editorial calendars to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
  • Monitor and manage the organization’s and agency’s clients websites
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in building, planning, and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Contribute and help in brainstorming and executing strategies as well as other marketing responsibilities (from design to video editing/curation)
  • Develop content for blog posts, newsletters, social media, and Youtube

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any other related field.
  • Great written skills (article writing, copywriting, etc.)
  • Prior industry-related experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using content creation tools like Canva and Photoshop
  • Website management and development experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player and has self-ownership
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
  • Willing to learn and grow
