This candidate is responsible for providing an effective and efficient HR functions that is aligned with departmental and company strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations which include recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, safety & health, employee/ industrial relations.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition approach and operations which include of recruitment and selection, manpower planning and succession management
  • Be responsible for the performance of the HR & Admin team, guide and coach subordinates, develop a succession plan and create talent pipeline for this position by preparing of the potential successor
  • Oversee the compensation and benefits structure, industry benchmarking and performance and rewards management
  • Provide talent and performance management guidance to management to ensure high performance
  • Review and optimize HR policies and company rules to ensure in compliance with law and to enhance the competitiveness in the industry.
  • Oversee the employee/ industrial relations in partnering with management team, to provide proposal and suggestions to management team and managerial level staff to resolve employee relations issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of experience in managing full spectrum of HR Functions.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Malaysia labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Excellent in communication and stakeholders management.
