Well established for over 40 years, our clients are pioneers among logistics companies in Malaysia currently seeking a proactive and talented individual to support their CEO as a Personal Assistant working Monday to Friday, with very little off hour or OT work, focusing 90% in work matters and 10% in the support of personal matters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, advisors, shareholders, inter-company directors, and staff.
  • Handle word processing, correspondence, emails, letters, corporate documents, SOPs, policies, dictation, typing minutes, and meeting reports.
  • Ensure the CEO is well-informed and prepared for engagements.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, deadlines, and records for the CEO as needed.
  • Support the CEO in daily business activities, general administration, and coordination with project and department managers.
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and requests, handling them appropriately.
  • Assist in monitoring the Company's Balance Score Card, ISO accreditation, and other relevant certifications as directed by the CEO.
  • Follow up with overseas and local parties to ensure actions align with company obligations and goals.



Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma or equivalent in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant or similar roles.
  • Prior experience in the Logistics industry will be an added benefit.
  • Demonstrates initiative, proactivity, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work in Port Klang or Subang Jaya
