Job Summary:
The Store/Warehouse Interns will assist in the daily operations of the warehouse and store, gaining hands-on experience in inventory management, stock control, and logistics. This internship is an opportunity for individuals interested in learning about supply chain operations, inventory management systems, and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing incoming stock.
· Help with the counting, labeling, and recording of inventory items.
· Perform regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.
· Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
· Help with organizing stock in the warehouse to ensure easy retrieval and efficient storage.
· Ensure items are placed in correct storage areas and labeled accurately.
· Assist with stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out) to avoid obsolete or expired stock.
· Assist in loading and unloading shipments.
· Help verify incoming shipments by checking the accuracy of item quantities and conditions against packing lists and invoices.
· Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely, labeling, and organizing for delivery.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and store areas.
· Assist with arranging products on shelves and racks in an orderly manner.
· Ensure safety regulations and company policies are adhered to in the storage area.
· Assist with maintaining accurate records of all stock movements (receipts, transfers, and dispatches).
· Help update inventory management systems with accurate stock data.
· Support warehouse and logistics staff with tasks related to order processing, stock transfers, and delivery coordination.
· Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports.
· Provide assistance to customers or internal teams regarding stock availability or order status.
· Help resolve issues related to stock shortages, missing items, or delivery delays.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in a degree/diploma program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes (training will be provided).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Good attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word; experience with inventory software is a plus).
· Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
