FarmByte Sdn Bhd, a leading technological agrobusiness solution company, is expanding its commercial capacity and actively looking for talents that could serve on a 12 month contract as an Upstream Commercial Admin to be based in Johor Darul Takzim. The Job Description for this position are as below;
- Processing and tracking sales orders from customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of order status and shipments.
- Following up on payments and reconciling discrepancies.
- Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance data for internal use.
- Assisting in preparing financial and sales-related documentation.
- Maintaining contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in relevant dicipline.
- Minimum 1 year experience in either Farm Management or Admin.
- Good knowledge in MS Office.
- Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia writing and verbal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Clearly communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams via emails, phone calls, and reports.
- Ability to track and report on financial and sales data.
- Ability to adjust to changing work environments, client needs, and internal demands.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
