GLEAM TEAM Responsibilities:

  • Create good shopping experiences for all customers.
  • Work as a team to achieve sales target and business objectives.
  • Play an integral part in contributing to outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service.
  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers, to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for daily retail tasks and operations, including store promotions, activities and activation.
  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain store standards to align with brand image, merchandising, and operations.
  • Liaise with other departments for work-related matters to ensure a smooth process and communication.
  • Responsible to report to the management regarding any issues related to the store, staffs and etc.
  • Strictly comply to the company’s policies and procedures.

  • Vibrant, cheerful, pleasant personality and appearance and outgoing candidates, with positive attitude.
  • Leadership qualities, independent, self-motivated, creative, and effective communication skills, including listening to the needs of customers and being helpful, are required.
  • Effective selling skills and the ability to drive special campaigns, launches and promotions.
  • Knowledge of skin care, body care and beauty (advantageous).
  • Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (advantageous).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience operating within a customer service role or environment in the skincare industry.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
