Job Title: Online Sales Operator
Location: Kuantan, Tanah Putih

Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Exec to manage our e-commerce sales activities. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our online store, ensure smooth transactions, and provide exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers with their online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Order Processing: Handle and process online orders from initial contact through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update product availability on the website, and coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Payment Processing: Ensure secure and efficient processing of payments, handling any issues or disputes that arise.
- Customer Support: Address customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and resolve product returns or refunds.
- Sales Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales, providing reports to the Sales Manager.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Assist with online marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales to boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Website Maintenance: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and free of technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in online sales, e-commerce management, or customer service is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), payment gateways, and CRM tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address customer concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and product listing management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced online sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising.
- Knowledge of product photography and content creation for product listings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other sales software.
