Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Greet Customers and provide assistance as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office calendars.
Record Keeping and Data Entry::
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Enter and update data accurately in databases.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents.
Office Management:
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Financial and Accounting Support:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts.
- Enter and update financial data in accounting software.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Working closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment in achieving overall company objectives.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges that may impact sales performance.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures:
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
