We are looking for entrepreneurial, self independent and experience Sales professional to join our team to handle Retail and Ecommerce Sales accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing wholesale clients, including both offline retailers and online eCommerce sellers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sales accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and issue resolution.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, ensuring they are well-stocked with products.

2. Sales Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales volume with existing accounts by recommending new products and upselling existing ones.
  • Develop strategies to expand sales accounts, including conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Assist in new client acquisition and onboarding processes.

3. Sales Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales data to measure account performance and sales trends.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, including sales forecasts, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics.

4. Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product lines, including natural products and their benefits.
  • Educate clients on new product launches, promotions, and provide recommendations for best sellers tailored to their needs.

5. Negotiation and Pricing:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients in line with company policies.
  • Ensure profitability through proper discounting and deal structuring while maintaining customer satisfaction.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help shape product development, inventory needs, and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in wholesale distribution or related fields.
  • Experience in the natural products or health & wellness industry is a plus.

2. Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales accounts and build strong client relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools for managing sales processes.

3. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required if compensated by relevant experience.

4. Proactive and Goal-Oriented:

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Negotiation and Problem-Solving:

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to solve client issues with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
