Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and develop relationships with local wholesalers to promote and sell company products.
- Execute promotion, activation, sales negotiation, display campaign and other trade activities to the requirement of management
- Coordinate with wholesalers to maintain ideal stock levels and implement promotional displays or activities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and merchandising performance data for management review.
- Handle order processing, delivery schedules, and follow up on any issues or concerns raised by wholesalers.
- Support sales teams by communicating with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and any inquiries.
- Provide administrative support and ensure the smooth execution of both sales and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from wholesalers and work closely with the finance department to track outstanding invoices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a Merchandising or Sales Coordinator role, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Posses own transportation and willing to travel
(Salary Packages: Basic Salary + Car Maintenance + Phone with Sim Card + Petrol Card + Sales Commission)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
