  • To manage the full spectrum of financial and management accounting function:-
  • To analyse, interpret and report on the financial status of the company
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly management account and any other reporting packs requested by management in a timely manner
  • Handling full set of accounts, budgeting, client’s revenue report, operational profitability analysis, weekly cash flow and bank reconciliation
  • To conduct statistical analysis to determine the viability of the project
  • To keep abreast of changes in the accounting and taxation standards and policies
  • To manage the financial and treasury function:-
  • To diligently manage the cash flow of the company
  • Develop strategic (financial) plans for the development of the company
  • To assist the management on the Company’s finances including liaison with banks and financial institutions.
  • Other financial related aspects:
  • To manage and ensure all aspect of the company’s taxation matters are in order including Service Tax as required.
  • Liaise with internal/external parties, bankers, Company Secretary, external auditors, tax advisors and/or relevant government authorities
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
  • To oversee the HR Department
  • Maintenance of personnel’s record (including leave management), payroll administration, employment handbook and recruitment processes
  • Statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax Department and the relevant government bodies
  • Staff benefits and compensation scheme (i.e. insurance, claims, etc.)
  • Involve in staff communication session and discipline management
  • Jointly with Directors in preparing staffs’ job descriptions
  • Involve in conducting yearly performance appraisal

Requirement

  • Possess minimum Degree on Accounting or professional accounting qualification(s).
  • Have minimum 5 years working experience in the managerial level and in the related field.
  • Strong drive and positive attitude.
  • Meticulous and sharp for details.
  • A “hands on” approach and result oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Budgeting: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:
