Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team at Googolplex Hospitality. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, reporting, and accounting duties. A background in accounting is a plus, as the role involves managing petty cash and preparing profit-sharing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and prepare profit-sharing reports.
- Record and compile utilities, repair, maintenance, and purchasing invoices.
- Manage petty cash compilation and submission.
- Prepare weekly and monthly hotel reports.
- Provide customer service support for homestay owners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
