· Provide support to Authorized Users on both a reactive and a proactive basis.
· Manage Incidents from Authorized Users relating to the Services.
· Manage Service Requests from Authorized Users relating to the Services.
· Communicate to Authorized Users in English (we also need Mandarin& Cantonese), or other language(s) using terms that are clearly understood by the Authorized Users and consistent.
· Seamlessly integrate the Service Desk — including tools, interfaces, technology and processes with IT service Desks.
· Provide a Service Desk with service management processes that conform standards.
· Locating the Service Desk in a secure environment within Supplier’s facilities.
· Resourcing the Service Desk with sufficient numbers of suitably skilled and experienced Supplier staff who have a good working understanding of the Services, business products and business context.
· Supplier shall provide adequate onboarding and refresher training to ensure Service Desk staff continue to have the required skills, competencies and aptitudes to provide Service Desk services. Provide Service Desk services with core operating hours of 24x7.
· Maintain a knowledge database to support Service Desk services.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
