  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate's qualifications and communication skills.
  • Connect the right candidates with job opportunities, ensuring a good fit for our clients.
  • Keep detailed records and maintain clear communication with clients.
  • Utilize online resume databases to uncover hidden talent.
  • Provide crucial administrative support to streamline the screening and recruitment process.
  • Guide candidates to success by briefing them on job requirements before interviews.
  • Follow up closely with clients, obtaining interview results and gathering valuable feedback in a timely manner.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular engagement, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Supporting the team to collect necessary onboarding information for contract signing.
  • Provide recruitment statistics to showcase your impact.
  • Be prepared to perform ad-hoc duties.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES

  • Possess SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, especially handling high-volume temporary staffing or similar work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
  • Good skills in time management, negotiation, problem solving, decision making, probing, planning, organizing, and listening.
  • Persuasive, result oriented, flexible, mature, energetic, efficient, and able to adjust to changing conditions.
  • Self-starter, able to create a positive and innovative environment and promote a customer-focused culture.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
  • Team player.
