  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Develop and implement efficient production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resource use.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to ensure timely output.
  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance and maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. Implement quality assurance procedures and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze production output to ensure targets are met. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to manage raw materials and finished goods effectively, minimizing waste and ensuring a smooth production flow.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations within the production area. Maintain documentation and reports related to production processes and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from staff and implementing Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in production management within the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in manpower management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA) is preferable.
  • Experience with handling products output, especially output to overseas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
