Senior Cloud & Devops Engineer

12 months Contract, (yearly renewal subject to performance)

Start work on November/ December 2024

Location: Setiawalk, Puchong, Selangor

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, set up, and maintain cloud server for blockchain node and web-based system.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to network system issues.
• Conduct thorough stress testing and penetration testing to ensure the performance, security, and stability of the servers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for set up, installation, changes, upgrades and operational maintenance.
• Continuously monitor, upgrade, and scale the server when needed.
• Write scripts to automate server setup and system deployment

Requirements

• Malaysian candidate with minimum 3 years of experience for the requirements listed
• Experience in cloud architecture design
• Experience in setting up and maintaining server high bandwidth, high security, and high uptime
• Experience in setting up redundant and backup physical server
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Willing to work on standby basis

Good to have

• Experience in setting up servers for blockchain node
• Hands-on working knowledge of servers, routers, switches, firewall, etc
• CI CD experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
