  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Internship graphic designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts using computer software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW) and will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective designs. The incumbent will also develop the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, digital media and other corporate materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding company branding needs and project objectives in order to develop design and layout concepts
  • Designing and producing various marketing materials such as logos, branding and promotional materials.
  • Incorporating feedback and making necessary changes to design.
  • Ensuring all design work meets brand guidelines and standards.
  • Preparing final designs for print or digital publication.
  • Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines by producing work with quick turnaround times.
  • Assist in managing social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance engagement with target audience
  • Photography, videography and editing skills are an added advantage
  • Support any ad-hoc assignment as and when needed

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and MS Office is a must
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript is preferred
  • Strong creativity and artistic ability to grasp ideas and generate output effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Attention to details and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of prints and digital design principles
  • Understanding of typography, color theory and layout design
  • Ability to work well in a team and fast pace environment, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Portfolio showcasing previous design works
  • Fresh Graduate with high potential are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
  • Content writing skill is a bonus

Internship Allowance : RM1,100/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
