Responsibilities

As an Intern/Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our business solve their complex people issues from strategy to execution.

  • You’ll be a part of an environment that broadens your functional training, personal and technical skills, and deepens your knowledge of our services. You’ll play an integral role supporting staff as needed for an outstanding variety of work and making contributions to the team on a daily basis.

  • We have various openings in the Human Capital team such as People Experience and Communication, Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and Deployment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Academic Requirement : Pursuing degree in any discipline

  • Experience in using Microsoft 365 (Especially Excel, Words and PowerPoint)

  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Possess good leadership skills and demonstrate resilience

  • Demonstrate ability to build meaningful relationships

  • Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and business acumen
