  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

1. To monitor overall progress of work carried out by contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the contract requirements, drawings, specification and project’s time schedule.

2. To handle site assessment on contractors / suppliers’ claims.

3. Taking off quantity, calculation of project costing, computation of BQ & cost estimation.

4. Handle and attend to site correspondences and site administration promptly.

5. To handle & prepare progress claims, progress payment, variation order & final account for sub-contractor & supplier.

6. To coordinate tender costing & tender documentation preparation.

7. To handle all inquiries of quotation from sub-contractor and supplier.

8. To handle cost planning, analysis & monitoring for project resource, costing and project budget.

9. Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when requested.

10. Familiar with Glodon TAS Pro/TRB/TBQ.

Job Requirements

At Least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction field.

Candidate must possess at least a minimum in Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Computer literate is essential, i.e. well versed in MS Office, Glodon TAS Pro/TRB/TBQ will be an advantage.

Full-Time positions available (5 days of work).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
