- At least 2 years of experience working with children, ideally in fields like child development, education, or youth coaching.
- Previous experience in etiquette training, especially tailored for children or young adults.
- Experience in image consulting, including areas like body language, self-presentation, communication skills, and dressing appropriately for various situations.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to engage with both children and parents in a clear, respectful, and appropriate manner.
- Knowledge of etiquette rules: Expertise in table manners, social etiquette, communication etiquette (including digital communication), and dress codes.
- Understanding of child behavior: Insight into how children of different ages behave and learn, with a focus on making learning fun and engaging.
- Creativity and adaptability: Ability to create fun, interactive lessons that keep children interested.
- Patience and empathy: A calm, understanding, and encouraging demeanor, capable of handling children with different personalities and learning styles.
- Public speaking: Comfort with leading groups, including delivering presentations to children, parents, and educational institutions.
