  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Title: System Administrator & Project Support

Job Summary:Responsible for the smooth running of Collections System and involve in projects for continuous improvement to ensure efficient prevention and recovery process in Collections.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. System Monitoring: Monitoring system performance & exception. Raise to IT for any system irregularities or defect.

2. System ID & Access Monitoring.

3. System Parameter Maintenance.

4. Participate in Collections related projects/enhancements and conduct User Acceptance Test.

5. Participate in Disaster Recovery Test, Business Continuity Test, Risk and Controls Self-Assessment, etc.

6. Take on tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Skill Sets / Experience & Qualification

Able to work in a team and work towards performance excellence.

Good technical, communication and inter-personal skills.

Positive attitude together with initiative, and able to work independently.

Possess strong process and workflow management skills.

Good in resolve issues and manage expectation.

Good understanding of system development life cycle process or project management and/or Collections processes would be an advantage.

Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in SQL will be an advantage.
