· Handle the full spectrum related documents to all the relevant party and handle shipping documents of import, export, (Certificate of Origin, invoice, packing list, BL, Pre-alert, Permit, shipping instruction, custom declaration form, etc).
· Liaise with forwarding agents and customs officers.
· Ensuring customs declaration to be made in compliance with the regulations.
· Determine the correct documents to produce.
· Providing all the information required by the Customs Authorities, when needed.
· Have knowledge in custom clearance processes.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
· SPM / SPTM / Diploma or equivalent.
· At least 1 - 2 years working experience in Logistics / Forwarding / Administration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
