Job Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business & managing operating costs.
  • Develop branding strategies for business opportunities.
  • Develop & execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise.
  • Research and Development:
  • Work closely with the F&B team to develop new menu timely.
  • Quality:
  • Ensure consistency in product quality & service delivery.
  • Compliance:
  • Develop & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure SOP is observed & carry out consistently for all branches.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify ways to increase work efficiency & productivity.
  • Manpower management:
  • Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration on peak period demands and succession planning.
  • Team management:
  • Lead, courage and motivate team to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

  • At least a Diploma/Professional Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies, administration, management, food & beverage services management or equivalent.
  • Proven track of experience working in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant service or equivalent.
  • Have knowledge in food control & product quality skills.
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Good communication skills and people management skills.
  • Self-motivated and passionate for F&B industry.
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Budget Control: 3 years (Preferred)
  • F&B Management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Manpower management: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Required)
