Job description
- Support and maintain the management information (MI) reporting system, ensuring timely execution of relevant tasks during reporting cycle, including reconciliations
- Ensure data integrity by performing checks on data feeds, identifying discrepancies, and actively managing resolutions
- Address ad hoc queries and liaise with third-party service providers and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to resolve technical issues
- Build strong relationships with finance stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights for reporting data
- Propose and support system and process improvements through project management, including the identification and implementation of new ideas
- Collaborate with the finance stakeholders to automate and standardize reporting processes
- Contribute to enhancing analytics, self-service, and ad hoc reporting capabilities across functions using existing or future tools (e.g. O365, Automation Anywhere)
- Document processes and maintain up-to-date documentation
Essential Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Hybrid Working Arrangement 3 days office 2 days' work from home
- Able to work in UK shift hours (KL time from 3pm to 12am)
- Fluency in English
- 5-6 years of experience preferably background in finance or business intelligence with understanding of MI data processes
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or SQL programming language is an advantage
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to investigate data and processes to ensure consistency and propose system and process improvements
- Openness to process development and automation
- Project management experience
- Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills with multiple stakeholders
