Customer Care Representative
Intake date: 7TH October 2024
12 Months Contract (Contract renewable subjected to the performance)
Shift hours: 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
Rest day 2 days off ROTATIONAL
UOA SUBANG accessible by LRT Putra or KTM Subang Jaya
Basic salary can be UP TO RM2400
KPI allowance: RM100 monthly (based on individual performance) & RM500 for group performance T&C
8AM – 8PM
9AM -6.30PM
10AM-7.30PM
10.30AM-8PM DEPEND ON THE SUBJECT ROTATIONAL SHIFT
Job scope
Mastering business strategies to enhance customer services, guiding clients toward efficient
Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and actively collaborating
with our Team Leaders and Managers
Upholding the utmost integrity and confidentiality standards by safeguarding customer
Handling inbound call to customer enquiries with manners and handling email
Prefer candidate who good in communication skills Bahasa and English, creative thinking, critical mindset, Computer Literacy and have no issues to join as per Date Mentioned 7th October 2024

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
