Site Supervisor

Position Overview:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing large-scale and complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role demands extensive experience in construction supervision, advanced problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize resource allocation and resolve any project challenges.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with project specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including site documentation, quality control records, and safety compliance reports to senior management. Maintain accurate records of daily site operations and report to management.
• Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and work sequences.
• Provide guidance and support to on-site workers, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage and oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring that work is completed on time, within scope, and to required quality levels.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various sites as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
