Service Officer ( Internship )

• Testing, Servicing Or Repairing And Calibration For All Types Of Scales, Industrial Instruments And Equipment.
• Site Job Required For Calibration, Stamping, Repair, Support Sale And Others.
• Experienced In Repairing Electronic And Mechanical Tools.
• Ability To Multi Task Required, Heavy Job, Team Work And Creative In Performing Tasks.
• Responsible for product sales and follow-up after-sales service.
• Handle order, open invoice and follow-up the order procedure.
• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
• Answering customer queries, arranging delivery dates and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned.
• Get new and existing sales and services.
• Follow up and offer suitable products to customers.
• Make sure the customer's weighing license has not expired and collect to renew the license before it expires.
• Ensure that the Goods are picked up and returned to the customer in good condition.
• Provide the best service to customers.
• Punctual, responsible and understanding the work environment.
• Support technical job and site job.
• Highly motivated and teamwork.
