Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills & high standard of customer service.
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting Software & Microsoft Office.

Job Scope :

  • Support Company Sales Team when they are not in the office.
  • Handle the processing of sales orders with accuracy, timeliness and in accordance to customer delivery requirements.
  • Follow up on the progress of delivery dates and time of delivery and identify any shortcomings.
  • Coordinate with Logistic Department and Inform Sales Team or Clients of any unforeseen delays or problems and arrange alternative delivery dates.
  • Respond to any enquires and complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
  • Handle Telephone Calls and Emails.
  • Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important sales documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the inventory of sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material, events or exhibitions.
  • Handle other Sales Administrative Tasks as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
