Job Responsibilities
- Handling cash collection and weekly sales report.
- Perform daily restocking and rearranging of items.
- Assisting customers for purchase, transaction and enquiries.
- Handling returns or refunds where eligible.
- Check & update availability of item stocks.
- Receive & register payment for parcel services from customers.
- Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Qualification
- Applicant must have minimum an SPM.
- Applicant should have at least 1 year experience in retailing / customer service but fresh graduate will also be highly considered.
- Applicant must have experience with using cashier and POS system.
- Applicant must have professional working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with various customers and vendors.
- Selected applicant will work in Pelangi Books Gallery, Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru, Johor.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00AM to 7.00PM & Saturday (half day), 10.00AM to 3.00PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
