Job Responsibilities

  • Handling cash collection and weekly sales report.
  • Perform daily restocking and rearranging of items.
  • Assisting customers for purchase, transaction and enquiries.
  • Handling returns or refunds where eligible.
  • Check & update availability of item stocks.
  • Receive & register payment for parcel services from customers.
  • Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Qualification

  • Applicant must have minimum an SPM.
  • Applicant should have at least 1 year experience in retailing / customer service but fresh graduate will also be highly considered.
  • Applicant must have experience with using cashier and POS system.
  • Applicant must have professional working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with various customers and vendors.
  • Selected applicant will work in Pelangi Books Gallery, Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru, Johor.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00AM to 7.00PM & Saturday (half day), 10.00AM to 3.00PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
