  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of Fixed Assets accounting and control
  • General Ledger functions by performing all accounting opeartions including month-end closing task and maintaining GL analysis.
  • Maintain proper assets creations, retirements and disposals, write off and transfers with proper and adequate approvals and documentation
  • Reconcile fixed asset register to general ledger.
  • Capex Status Reporting and Analysis.
  • Maintain in complete manner on all transactions/posting in relation to fixed asset.
  • Prepare L/C and ensure its complete and proper manner before submission to the bank
  • Prepare L/C Tracking. Analyse the historical discrepancies & the root causes with cost impact.
  • Review and supervise the AR collection update.
  • Support internal/external audits & tax audits
  • Backup role for AP Master Maintenance Tasks including creditor creation and ensure complete documentation and approval.
  • Backup role for GL & BS reconcilitaion compliation.
  • Upload Sigma form monthly closing , prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual Sigma schedule.
  • Prepare FA, GL, and any other analysis when required.
  • Bi Monthly SST report submission, enhancement and reconciliation
  • Responsible for SST filing before deadline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Experience:

  • asset accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Account reconciliation: 3 years (Preferred)
