Performance Marketing
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce performance marketing strategies and media plans with clear KPIs aligned with client’s business objectives and targets.
- Campaign Execution: Implement end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across onsite and offsite channels, including PPC, SEO and social media, focusing on achieving targets and KPIs.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, optimising spending to achieve maximum ROI based on performance metrics
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance, extracting actionable insights to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in performance marketing strategies
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations for future optimisations.
Client Management
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of content marketing strategies & projects
· Build long-term relationships with clients to develop a trusted advisor relationship.
· Manages client expectations and delivery across all campaigns
· Track and measure the delivery and campaign performance for actionable post-mortem reports, providing meaningful insights and identifying future revenue opportunities.
Administrative
- Manage and ensure billings and payment accuracy.
- Documentation and archival of campaign post-mortem and compilation of campaign performance benchmarks.
Requirements
· Min 1 year of relevant experience developing and executing successful digital advertising campaigns and managing Google Ads accounts and campaigns.
· Proven experience in managing projects with mid-large budgets
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Able to negotiate, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Ability to work independently with minimal direction, seeking coaching and guidance as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,900.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
