Job Description
- Manning our corporate website, email, social media and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Handling company events for the stakeholders (influencers in TikTok / Instagram)
- Support Sales team in terms of documentation whenever needed
- Handled replied and feedback from the public through any forms of company's media
- Having a clear understanding of the company's protocol and offerings
- Handling Administrative works whenever required
Job Requirement
- The candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business / Customer Service or any relevant field
- Have minimum of 1 year of experience in Corporate Customer Service (Face to Face customer service)
- Active in social media and having connection with the influencers are an advantage
- Able to converse well, expressive, have positive and willing to help attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
