Job Description

  • Manning our corporate website, email, social media and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • Handling company events for the stakeholders (influencers in TikTok / Instagram)
  • Support Sales team in terms of documentation whenever needed
  • Handled replied and feedback from the public through any forms of company's media
  • Having a clear understanding of the company's protocol and offerings
  • Handling Administrative works whenever required

Job Requirement

  • The candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business / Customer Service or any relevant field
  • Have minimum of 1 year of experience in Corporate Customer Service (Face to Face customer service)
  • Active in social media and having connection with the influencers are an advantage
  • Able to converse well, expressive, have positive and willing to help attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
