Position: Quality Analyst Executive

Job responsibilities:

• Performs call monitoring and provides trend data, quality reports, and feedback to the Country Manager.
• Familiar with VLOOKUP, pivot table and formula.
• Reviews and provides trend data, quality reports, and feedback to the Country Manager.
• Participates in design of call / email monitoring formats and quality standards.
• Uses a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
• Participates in listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
• Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
• Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for agents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have SPM certificate.
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
• Able to converse and communicate well using Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

Package:

• Basic salary: Experienced - Up to RM3000; Fresh Graduate - Starts at RM2250
• Working location - Vertical Business Suites, Bangsar South.
• Working days : Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm
• Annual bonus
• Insurance policies are provided for staff working more than 1 year.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,250.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
