  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle sourcing and shortlisting reliable suppliers , involve in price negotiation, review and recommendation of purchase.
  • Assist in setting action plan and KPI for the department and ensure the team to work towards target achievement.
  • To review all work carried out by team (price review, purchase requisition approval, purchase order and etc) prior to submission for Procurement GM’s final review.
  • To lead the team on supplier assessment exercise (yearly basis).
  • Monitor suppliers' progress and facilitate early identification and timely resolutions, problems, changes, disputes and claims.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends to identify and implement process improvement, reduce costs and increase utilization of resources.
  • To lead the team to perform all group procurement tender exercise/cost down exercise and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation.
  • To review and finalizing all contracts/agreement.
  • To prepare beverages report and cost saving report.
  • To monitor and update Tender/RFP/Contract Master List.
  • To lead the team on project based purchase exercise – For eg. New outlet opening/upgrading/closing of outlet.
  • To update & maintain vendor master list & item master list in ERP system

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and resourceful.
  • With supervisory / team lead experience
