Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support of AHIB’s overall systems availability, inclusive management of Board members and Senior Managements (SMC), Business Units (BU), Remisiers and Day Traders.
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of resources in its day-to-day operations
  • Execute the robust operating controls, policies, processes and systems that are aligned to business and meet regulatory requirements
  • To ensure the quality-driven in IT Workplace Services Support processes and procedures in compliance to all projects or BAU.
  • Implement, as appropriate (i.e. on-site, off-site etc.) services for all IMAC and Deskside Break Fix computing devices and peripherals including delivery processing in accordance with Service Level by location.
  • Execute, as appropriate, all Installations, de-Installations, cascades, moves, additions, refurbishments and changes for all equipment, software, and related services at designated AHIB sites.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide at least Level 1 support

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years working experience in IT Field Support experience in desktop support and networking
  • Minimum diploma in IT related field
  • Good understanding of information technology, regulations, and knowledge of the Bank’s business
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders and employees
  • Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from diverse cultures

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
