Responsibility:
- To monitoring of the day-to-day sales operation.
- Main tasks include sales and resolve problems and conflict of agents, effective communication channel to the agents and gather important up-to-date market feedback from the agents and customers.
- To participate and conduct presentation on site visit service.
- Participate as an action team on site event (whenever necessary).
- Enhance good relationship between agents and company.
- Constantly motivate agents to stimulate their sales activities.
- Handle customer enquiries whenever necessary.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales report as up-to date tracking tool on daily and regular basis.
- Proper coordination with other department to get things done.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor and Management from time to time.
Requirement:
- SPM or Diploma in Marketing or Business Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and computer literate.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Required languages: Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
