Responsibility:
- Excellent communication, administrative, planning and organizational skills.
- Convey, co-ordinate & follow up instructions given by Director to respective Management staff.
- To administer the office management, external & internal correspondences, confidential reports, planning, arranging & take minutes of meetings.
- Follow-up on all action items, set appointments & preparation of reports.
- Possess relevant accounting qualification.
- Handle all ad-hoc functions & tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Professional Certificate, Advanced Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Managerial Field.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in Mandarin.
- Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
- Self motivated, resourceful & ability to prioritize.
- Good judgement skills, meticulous & highly organized.
