Responsibility:

  • Excellent communication, administrative, planning and organizational skills.
  • Convey, co-ordinate & follow up instructions given by Director to respective Management staff.
  • To administer the office management, external & internal correspondences, confidential reports, planning, arranging & take minutes of meetings.
  • Follow-up on all action items, set appointments & preparation of reports.
  • Possess relevant accounting qualification.
  • Handle all ad-hoc functions & tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate, Advanced Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Managerial Field.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
  • Self motivated, resourceful & ability to prioritize.
  • Good judgement skills, meticulous & highly organized.
