JOB DESCRIPTIONS: -

  • Assist Customer Service Supervisor to manage the entire FG Local operation on Manual Order, POD POD
  • Management, Trade Rejection & AFGR Returns as daily operation activities.
  • Phase in and phase out product code as per customer request.
  • Responding to customer service requirement promptly via phone & email.
  • Reporting to customer service supervisor whenever facing problematic issue.
  • Work intimately with team on daily manual order distribution.
  • Follow-up with transporter on POD return within specific time frame.
  • Oversee on inbound processing into SAP system for incoming shipment
  • Ensure proper filing the entire inbound relevant document with ease traceability for audit.
  • Capable handling administration work & monitor the admin clerk performance
  • Promptly attend to all queries from customers, especially for urgent manual order shipment.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.
  • To ensure 5S is practice and ensure consistency.
  • To participate and facilitate in LEAN management and practices.
  • Ensure ISO standards procedures are adhered at all times.
  • Any other Job assigned from time to time with regards to other inventory functions.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
