Job Description:-
- Handle all office administration tasks and monitoring of office maintenance.
- Processing and checking staff expenses claim.
- Assist in company events or activities on occasions.
- Assist in preparing of project administration documents.
- To perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System and update records.
- Assist to prepare project claim documentation.
- To manage admin & accounting documents and filing.
- To perform any ad hoc task assigned.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess positive working attitude and hardworking.
- Age between 20 – 30 years old.
- Good computer literate and knowledge of Autocount Software.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
