Job Description:-

  • Handle all office administration tasks and monitoring of office maintenance.
  • Processing and checking staff expenses claim.
  • Assist in company events or activities on occasions.
  • Assist in preparing of project administration documents.
  • To perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System and update records.
  • Assist to prepare project claim documentation.
  • To manage admin & accounting documents and filing.
  • To perform any ad hoc task assigned.

Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting / Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess positive working attitude and hardworking.
  • Age between 20 – 30 years old.
  • Good computer literate and knowledge of Autocount Software.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
