Job Role: Experience working in customer service environment would be an added advantage. (Sales & Hospitality background would be considered as well)

Ability to speak/understand Mandarin as would need to deal with Mandarin speaking Customer

Able to commit on rotational shift hours, with multiple shift working patterns on monthly basis. 9.5 hours shift (including 1 hour meal break & short breaks).

Working hours might change with prior notice.

Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.  Liaise with back-end support to solve issues/queries/concerns

Preferable candidates which are able start IMMEDIATELY

Min requirement SPM & above (MUST HAVE original certificate or completion letter from institute), Fresh graduates, without call experience also acceptable.

First Project: K

  • Traditional Mandarin speakers (speak, read, write) both for voice and non-voice + English (during training or internal communication) supporting China and Hong Kong markets.
  • Shift hours: 8am-5pm, 1pm-10pm
  • 5 working days, 2 days off (Alternate Off Days based on schedule given), No shift allowance for 24/7

Project: T

  • Mandarin speakers (read, write) + English (Live chat, calls & email) supporting English, MY, SG
  • Rotational shift: 5 working days, 2 days off (Alternate Off Days based on schedule given), 9am to 12am, night shift allowance will be given.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
