About Us
We are a dynamic property management and homestay operator looking for a talented Revenue Management & OTA (Online Travel Agency) Specialist to join our growing team. As we expand our portfolio of properties, we need someone who can maximize our revenue potential while optimizing our presence across various booking platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic pricing strategies, managing listings across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and ensuring that our properties achieve maximum visibility and bookings.

Position Overview

The Revenue Management & OTA Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies across multiple properties and platforms to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. This role combines analytical skills with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and online distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market demand, seasonality, and competitor analysis
  • Set and adjust room rates across different channels to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room)
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ADR, occupancy rates, and RevPAR
  • Create forecasts and budgets for each property
  • Identify revenue optimization opportunities and implement strategies to capture them

OTA Management

  • Manage relationships with various OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Ctrip, Agoda, etc.)
  • Optimize property listings across all platforms to improve visibility and booking conversion
  • Monitor and respond to rate parity issues across different channels
  • Implement and manage promotional campaigns on OTA platforms
  • Analyze channel performance and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special offers on OTA platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular performance reports for management
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing
  • Use data analytics tools to inform decision-making
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of revenue strategies

Channel Management

  • Ensure accurate inventory distribution across all channels
  • Manage channel connectivity and resolve any technical issues
  • Implement and optimize length-of-stay restrictions and other booking controls

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience with channel managers and property management systems
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis
  • Excellent understanding of OTA platforms and their algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Revenue Management
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and competitors
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience with channel management software
  • Knowledge of revenue management systems
  • Understanding of API integrations for booking platforms

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Performance Expectations

After 3 months:

  • Fully understand our property portfolio and current pricing strategies

  • Implemented initial improvements to revenue management processes

After 6 months:

  • Demonstrate measurable improvements in RevPAR
  • Have developed and implemented new pricing strategies
  • Show improved channel performance metrics
