Job Responsibility

  • Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the companyâs services.
  • Assist customer in planning, booking or rebooking request.
  • Liaise with internal support team to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and enquiries in relation to changes in travel dates and related services.
  • Provide assistance with booking or changing flight through Live Chat.
  • Assist in processes of refunding and cancelling flight ticket.

Job Requirements

  • Applicants with SPM level qualification and above are welcome
  • Proficiency and Fluent in Mandarin, English, BM is required for this position(Read, Speak, Type)
  • Have no issue to work on 8am â 9pm Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
  • Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off day per week)
  • Willing to work on weekend or public holidays based on shift arrangement
  • Able to start working on 25 September
  • Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
