Job Responsibility
- Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the companyâs services.
- Assist customer in planning, booking or rebooking request.
- Liaise with internal support team to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and enquiries in relation to changes in travel dates and related services.
- Provide assistance with booking or changing flight through Live Chat.
- Assist in processes of refunding and cancelling flight ticket.
- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above are welcome
- Proficiency and Fluent in Mandarin, English, BM is required for this position(Read, Speak, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 8am â 9pm Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off day per week)
- Willing to work on weekend or public holidays based on shift arrangement
- Able to start working on 25 September
- Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
- Monthly Salary: Basic salary RM3,000 + up to RM200 KPI allowance + up to RM300 night shift allowance
