Our client is a renowned player within the Shipping industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for Customer Service Manager to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.
Job Description
- Provide expertise in export and import processes while overseeing the performance of dedicated Customer Service teams in South East Asia.
- Guide and support the Customer Service department through coaching, training, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and system changes, ensuring team members are informed and trained on new regulations and processes.
- Monitor KPIs and actively participate in global and regional projects to enhance customer service and effectively address elevated customer issues.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese for interactions with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking customers.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry.
- At least 2-3 years of team management experience, ideally overseeing a team of 8-10 or more members.
- Strong regional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is essential.
