Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the GCOO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare travel briefings and ensure all travel-related arrangements are in place.
- Handle logistics for events and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Draft and proofread correspondence and documents on behalf of the GCOO.
- Assist in managing and tracking projects and initiatives led by the GCOO.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Exercise discretion in managing personal and professional matters of the GCOO.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring the GCOO’s office is well-organized and stocked.
- Liaise with facilities management to address any office-related issues or needs.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, including conferences, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate the GCOO’s schedule.
- Ability to handle stress and manage priorities effectively.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
