About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Content Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will focus on creating engaging content in a B2B environment, utilizing strong writing skills and graphic design capabilities. This role requires proficiency in video creation and editing, along with experience in Facebook Ads management. Key responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Craft compelling written content for a B2B audience in the recruitment sector, including articles, white papers, and newsletters. Conduct in-depth research to keep the content relevant and insightful.
  • Graphic Design: Use Canva to design eye-catching graphics and infographics that complement our content and adhere to brand guidelines, making complex information clear and engaging.
  • Video Production: Create high-quality videos for various platforms, including promotional content and tutorials. Collaborate with the team to develop scripts and storyboards that resonate with our audience.
  • Social Media Management: Implement a dynamic social media strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook to boost brand awareness and engagement. Monitor trends and interactions to optimize content distribution.
  • Facebook Ads: Develop and optimize targeted Facebook Ads campaigns, focusing on budget management and performance metrics. Conduct A/B testing to identify the best strategies for audience engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics like engagement and reach using analytics tools. Generate reports with actionable insights and recommend improvements for future content strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and service development teams to align content strategies with business goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company values across all channels. Engage with followers and industry peers on social media to build relationships and enhance our reputation.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of a Diploma in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Have at least 2 years in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional writing skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive copy. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in using Canva and Capcut.
